Why Don’t People Listen?

Getting ready to listen simply means  – becoming prepared psychologically to receive the message that is being said. It is often easier for a person to listen to and consider the other’s position when that person knows the other is listening and considering his/her position. If we try and understand the other person’s view, we can be more effective in helping the person see their position.  We can also understand the other’s point of view and be informed when giving an answer.

The course can be a half day or a full day course depending on the requirement.

  • Hearing the words or actively listening to the message
