Emotional Resilience

What are the traits of Emotional Resilience? Resilience is not a quality that you either do or do not possess; there are varying degrees of how well a person is able to handle stress.  Stress can overwhelm your defences despite you best efforts at coping. In the short term, you may lose your temper, your blood pressure may soar, and you may even feel sick to your stomach. These workshop and sessions will help you appreciate your individual skills, knowledge and capabilities, and develop your emotional capacity.

Some of the learning outcomes:

  • Develop the right attitude
  • Helping self awareness
  • Learning to cultivate optimism through difficulty
  • And finally to be patient with yourself, and learning to do YOUR best

Along with the seminars/workshops we also offer organisations a time slotted surgery, where all staff members can benefit especially in an environment of change.
